Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Thursday, excluding holidays).

  • During new product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise noted. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be listed on the product page.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Esteem Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, email us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

At this time, Esteem Boutique ships within the United States only.
